Twixy Nana Muffins

3-4 bananas
1 egg
1/3 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
12 mini twix bars (or 3 sticks/1.5 packages of full size)

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine wet ingredients in mixer.
Add dry ingredients.
Toss in tiny twix bars one by one.
Mixer will break them into pieces. (If using a large powerful Kitchen-Aid. If not pre-crumble them.)
Place muffin lines into muffin tin AND spray with non-stick spray.
Fill muffin tins FULL.
Makes 12-14 big muffins.
Bake 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
